Time Out!

Dear Readers;

I made another quick visit to a UHN facility last week. I tried out Toronto Western Hospital for some decompression and fusion in my neck. My surgery went well, but I am still recovering, doing a lot of lying on the couch and being called to the table when Peter has finished cooking. So I have decided to take this morning off to sleep in.

However, next Tuesday, October 13, I expect to have some great news to share with you on this very site. Stay tuned to Seventy In the City for my exciting update!
