The Ultimate Adventure: Aging in the 21st Century

This is the title of my new book. It includes approximately 50 posts selected from this blog since 2019, updated, and organized under 5 headings: Health, Family, Social connections, Housing and The future. The book will be available at my book launch on: Saturday, November 7th, 3:00 to 5:00 pm. The launch will be held at 194 Park Lawn Ave just north of the Queensway. It’s in the foyer where my local food bank is held. There is plenty of parking available. Or take the TTC bus 66 from the Old Mill Subway stop on Line 2.
